I recently wrote a post about how we plan to attack our new niche. We want to attract as many buyers as possible with two brands. One a little more premium than the other.
Today is the day to specify the steps we are going to take.
1 Comprehensive market study
2 Launch a premium version and a basic one for top sellers
3 Launch a highly shareable version on social networks
Comprehensive market study
We recently created a market study for the first time for a client about their market on Amazon. I find this service so useful that we are going phone number library to apply it to ourselves. This goes beyond using Helium10 or Junglescout because apart from individual products it takes into account the market as a whole. We want to identify the products, sellers and brands that are currently dominating the market. Once we have identified them, we will copy and improve their products and strategies.
Launch a premium version and a basic one for top sellers
Once we have identified the top when you have a problem with something at work products, we will use both brands to create a more premium version and a less premium one of the same product. We will analyze the weaknesses and strengths of competitors to launch a product that is not only up to par but above them.
Launch a highly shareable version on social media
We cannot rely solely on Amazon. I have already said this 5 years ago or more but at the time we failed in the attempt. This time, apart from egypt data more experience, we have a better plan. We will use influencers to receive traffic to our online store. We are on the right track because I have already defined and described this strategy in this post. We will launch the part of working with influencers starting January 2. In order for them to be able to create highly shareable content, we also have to contribute our grain of sand with products that may not be as saleable but are eye-catching. They must have something that attracts people’s attention and that they want to share.
It has been years since I had such clarity about what we have to do to become a scalable business. Now comes the most difficult but not impossible part.
