Social media is not free. You have to invest in equipment (human talent), content, technology and advertising.

Do you already know the context?
Start from the inside. Know the current state of the company or brand you will be working with. Their reality based on the use of Social Media.

Then do your research and understand your target customer…do you know your audience, the people you want to talk to, well enough?

And then monitor your competition , directly and indirectly, learn from them, from their successes and mistakes.

Having goals gives purpose and a horizon to everything we do. It makes the whole company involved, creates a budget and makes everything easier.

What are your goals?
Social media goals should always be business goals . Getting “Likes” on Facebook is not a business goal. That is a consequence.
