What we are all concerned about (Coronavirus aside) in the business world is how to bring more business opportunities to our company and then how to convert them into customers. It’s that simple.

1. Identify Target Audience
Easy, right? Who do we want to sell to? Who are our buyers? What type of companies, what departments, what positions?
