We have to make different decisions about whether or not to keep a product and the strategy we are going to apply at the SKU level. The matrix I have presented below does not yet take into account the logistics complexity. This is something I will have to elaborate on in a future post.

Money Maker
This is where we all want to be. A product that rotates a lot with a good ROI. I will be honest with you. After eight years on Amazon, we have finally found two. Now we are going to “crush” this field in 2024 to get the most out of it.
Investor’s favouriteThis field is also bad accurate mobile phone number list but not optimal. The ROI is very good but the product compared to the other field does not rotate as quickly. It would be a perfect field for investors looking for a good return on their capital.
Best marketing
Here we have a good turnover but the ROI is not so good. I have named it “Best Marketing” because each sale allows you to acquire a market first clients come to the marketplace share and also to make yourself known. We are going to get synergies by adding brochures to these products to promote cross-selling with our products on Amazon.
Time waster
You get attached to these products for some reason so you may not realize that you are wasting your time with them. They have neither a good ROI nor do they rotate quickly. They are a waste of time and you should get rid of them as soon as possible.
Changing emotional decisions for data
My great weakness. I am aware of it but I have egypt data not seriously attacked it until now. It is a sweet feeling to do emotional things but especially on a professional level it is not the best option. I don’t think I will be able to change 100% but at least I have to take a step in the right direction.
Making more effort so that my children learn Spanish: as a child I always considered that speaking a language that my friends did not understand was like having a superpower. Only the older one has this superpower. The middle one has a hard time and the youngest one is already starting to have a hard time understanding me when I speak to him in Spanish. It is my responsibility and obligation. I have to find ways for them to achieve it.
