What we are all concerned about (Coronavirus aside) in the business world is how to bring more business opportunities to our company and then how to convert them into customers. It’s that simple.
We at mbudo are both judge and jury. We work on strategies that generate dentist database leads for our clients and we also create our own lead acquisition strategy. I am going to define my 5 fundamental keys to doing this successfully.
1. Identify Target Audience
Easy, right? Who do we want to sell to? Who are our buyers? What type of companies, what departments, what positions? Mind you, not only the decision-makers but also the “influencers” of the purchasing process. In marketing, we call this the Buyer Persona.
2. Messages and Content
Once we know who we are targeting, we have to think about what we are going to tell them. Here we have to make a “match” between our products and/or services and each of the Buyer Personas. We also have to identify they post the inside of the ice at what point in the Buyer’s Journey they are. This comes next.
3. Buyer´s Journey
Simply the journey that the potential client takes from the moment they find out about us until they finally buy. Obviously, we cannot tell the same thing to someone who doesn’t know us yet as to someone who is about to buy from us. We have to know how to take them through the famous funnel until we convince them that we are “their” option.
4. Channels
We know the buyer, the message, we know what stage they are in. Now we yeezys shoes just have to decide which channels we are going to use to reach them. Twitter, LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp, webinar, etc. Each channel, audience and content has its own formats and we must adapt. Videos, Infographics, Comparisons, Ebooks, Podcasts as far as your imagination takes you.
